Great stay for Umrah

The location was perfect. You can pray in your own. You can hear adhaan in your room for every prayer even tahajjud. The cleanliness was very important to me and i was 100% satisfied. There was a good variety of food for breakfast, all well displayed. The staffs were very polite.

Best 5 Star Hotel in Clock Tower

An absolutely amazing and truly 5 star experience at Swissotel Hotel Makkah. The distance from Haram, the Rooms, the facilities, breakfast, cleanliness, and above all the staff were all wonderful. Would specially like to mention Ms. Ruba at front desk for great facilitation throughout the stay especially for room allocation. Highly Recommend this hotel as it facilitates an amazing pilgrimage experience. Location: The hotel is accessible through the clock tower ground floor, while it also has an entrance from the road where Taxis can be availed most times of the day except for prayer times. Walk from room till Mataaf right in-front of Kaaba 🕋 is a distance of .45 miles/0.72 Kilometers and through the Clock Tower it takes approximately 9 minutes for a person with decent fitness. Check In: As an Accor Limitless member we had a very smooth and fast check in as well as room allocation on higher floor. Sultan at check in was super helpful. Rooms: The rooms were exceptionally well maintained and super clean. The beds, chairs, and other furnishing was in great shape. The bathrooms were very cramped, yet well equipped and luxuriously packed. We had a Kaaba 🕋 view room upgrade as an Accor Limitless member for one night by Ms. Ruba and that was an amazing experience. Each room had plenty of closet space as well as ironing board and a steam iron. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast has a huge variety of international and local cuisine. The buffet remained very well stocked for all the breakfast hours till 10:30 AM. The staff at the restaurant were also amazing. Staff: All 5 Stars to the staff. This hotel is extremely busy, yet in 4 days I did not see a single staff member without a smile and at all hours they are super ready to help you. I named a couple of staff members but there were so many who helped in every possible manner from getting taxi to storing luggage as well as helping us in getting train tickets to Madinah. The housekeeping staff are the most helpful and efficient you will ever find in a hotel.

Real Five Star Hotel, Great Service, Good Atmosphere in the Lobby. Checked in early and the room was provided before check in time. Unfortunately didnt get Haram View but its ok. The staff is very helpful and kind people on reception. i stayed for 5 nights with my family. The hotel is very close to Haram and it has 2 entrances rather you enter from the Mall or from Roadside. The advantage from roadside is that it is quick approch. The Rooms are bit small if you have 4 beds in Room, there is no space for luggage and its hard to move around. Housekeeping are very helpful and cleaning the room on time. Only if you are here on weekend the housekeeping is bit busy and will entertain you late. I have to call several times for cleaning my room on Thursday. Shower area is small and spoke to the manager and told that all rooms are same size unless you upgrade to Suite. The Reception is very busy in the weekend so if you are checking in or checkin out you need to wait bit longer. The breakfast was not included in my booking after paying high amount per night. Comparing other hotels you can get free breakfast in this price. Lifts are always available and fast. Some lifts take you to the basement and then you take another lift to lobby. The hotel is inside the clock tower mall and you can do all shopping inside the mall and access the food court on 2nd and 3rd Floor. I would recommend this hotel for couple and if you are big family the room will be smaller for you. Thanks to Swissotel for best service.

Breakfast was great but dinner was the best I’ve had. They also had kids parties daily at 9am while I was there which gave it a nice family/community touch. Stayed with Kaaba view which gave us an amazing experience. Will plan to stay again InshaAllah.

customer services are useless and outsourced to Egypt!!

booked the hotel three times and get cancelled every time. They send links that are expired immediately and when I called the customer services they were outsourced to Egypt. The suggest writing an email and waiting for a response even though my flight was 6 hours away!!! I arrived to the hotel and the reception told my third booking was cancelled as well but he will book manually and it was smaller room with the same price and I had to pay because my family and I were tired and want to sleep. Also, he view wasn't as in the pictures.
